Online
For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks and money orders. With personal check and money order transactions, we will hold your online order until payment has been received at our office. (Should the personal check be returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF), there will be a charge of $20.00.) In order for us to deliver your merchandise in the fastest way possible, we ask that you fill out all of the information accurately and completely. Once you have submitted your online order, you will be notified that it has securely reached our office and will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

By Mail
If you prefer to order by mail, you can write the items you wish to purchase on a separate piece of paper or our convenient Order Form (PDF File). Include your name, shipping address and telephone number, along with what you wish to order. For mail orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and money orders. Allow up to 8 days for first class mail to reach our office.

By Phone
For phone orders, have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information. If you would prefer to send in a personal check or money order transaction, we will hold your order until payment has been received at our office. In order for us to deliver your merchandise in the fastest way possible, we ask that you please be sure to have an order number on your check or a note stating what you ordered. Once your check has arrived, if you have provided an email address, you will be notified that it has securely reached our office and will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. For phone orders, we only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Customer service is available for phone orders toll free at (800) 867-7353 from 9AM to 5PM EST; otherwise, you may leave your order on our voice mail system for next day processing.

By Fax
For fax orders, write your order information on a separate piece of paper including your address, telephone number, credit card information and signature. Anther method is to print out our convenient Order Form (PDF File).

Cutoff Times
All standard ground orders must be received by 3 PM to qualify for 24-hour shipping.

Add-ons and Adjustments
Because we process your order within moments of receiving it, we are unable to accept adjustments or additions to that order. An additional product/s will be processed as a separate order. We have found this policy helpful in further guaranteeing 24 hour shipping to all of our customers.

Cancellations
Because we process and ship your order within moments of receiving it, we can only accept order cancellations by 3PM ESt; all requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted. If you are unable to submit your order cancellation by the 3PM deadline, you may return the parcel after its receipt for a full and immediate refund or credit.

Descrepancies, shortages and returns
If you order is received with any notable shortcomings, please contact customer service immediately. All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the issued invoice date. Any requests for compensation will not be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date. We do not charge a restocking fee for returns. The return of merchandise, unopened, in good condition, must be done within 30 days of purchase.

When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you would provide a short explanation for the reason of the return. This helps us to better understand the needs of our customers and assists us in the development of better products.

Damaged Merchandise
If you receive a damaged box or damaged merchandise within the box, call our Customer Service Department for assistance.

Shipping
All domestic orders within the contiguous United States are processed and shipped within 24 hours and you can usually expect delivery within 2-8 business days after placing you order. Our preferred carrier is UPS. All 2 Day Air and 3 Day Select shipments through UPS need to be received by 12PM for same day shipment. REMEMBER! Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day UPS shipments represent the actual time in transit on business days only. Allow one additional day for processing, packing and shipping, excluding weekends. If you place an order on Monday and select 2 Day Air shipping, you will receive your parcel on Wednesday of the same week.
